Occupational Safety and Health

The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Committee perform the duties of an advisory and consultative body on occupational safety and health to the Canadian Association of Administrators of Labour Legislation (CAALL).

This Committee comprised of membership from all provincial and territorial jurisdictions collectively participates as a forum in which there may be an interchange of ideas and of proposals concerning occupational safety and health.

CAALL OSH provides authoritative information on occupational hazards and the means of dealing with them. As well, the Committee considers ways in which the Canadian expertise could best contribute to international occupational safety and health standards.

The members of the Committee review and discuss occupational health and safety concerns via teleconferences and an annual general meeting.
